March 17, 2026 – iCapital announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Hexure, bringing together two industry leaders to create the industry’s first end to end annuity and insurance technology platform. 

The combination brings together iCapital’s investment lifecycle platform with Hexure’s digital sales, illustration, and post issue technology.

As insurance and investment markets continue to converge, the combined platform is designed to connect traditionally separate processes across discovery, education, illustration, application, and servicing. Together, iCapital and Hexure aim to deliver a more integrated, scalable technology experience for carriers, distributors, and financial advisors.
